THE “HOLY GRAIL”

THE “CHALICE” OF “DIVINE
POWER” FOR CREATION

THE HOLY GRAIL: --- IN “HUMAN TERMS” ---
FACT, LEGEND OR FICTION?

In “human terms”, also: Ostensibly the Cup in which the blood
of Jesus was caught --- and ---
The subject of the great quest by the legendary King
Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table!

Reader: Think very deeply on the above Title for this Discourse, and if you are truly spiritually-awake, your spirit will tell you that there, in one complete Title, is the answer to the “supposed mystery” of what The Holy Grail really is! For such a “revered object” could not possibly have --- as Its actual “Place of Being” --- the Lowest Levels in the whole of Creation!

Yet: Despite that trumpet-blasting Truth at the very start of this Discourse; that will not be nearly sufficient enough to put even the tiniest dent in the many “earthly” notions and theories that a myriad of Grail researchers are wont to pontificate about. To that end, therefore, we will track through all the standard beliefs about It and, through that process, yet strive to illuminate the reality of what we have, in essence, just proclaimed!

So: Of the major things that pertain to the Divinely-ordained Mission of Jesus, one is the whole notion of The Holy Grail; that elusive and mysterious object which has taxed the minds of researchers for centuries. Many theories abound about its nature and purpose, but more telling is its “location”. Where does it “reside”? We will briefly look at the different ideas about it, then, let’s see where our line of “reasoning” and revelatory knowledge takes us.

In Discourse 5 we discussed the life and earthly death of Jesus, and His so-believed “physical” Resurrection and Ascension. In a truly strange legacy His death, particularly, has created a virtual industry. In concert, therefore, we will examine a singular feature that many writers have connected him to. It is a connection that, for centuries, has imbued many individuals and diverse groups with an unquenchable longing to embark on, ostensibly, the greatest spiritual quest of all --- the search for The Holy Grail. The numerous stories that history holds about this worthy task are steeped in the highest and noblest aspirations that human beings could possibly bring to bear on any endeavour.

However, let’s first quash an arrogant, egotistical, nonsense-notion focusing solely on human ego, and very clearly understand that Jesus did not come to earth to found a Divine bloodline! Yet the extreme foolishness of such an idea nevertheless continues to be promoted. Men had become so entangled in wrong ideas and teachings that the way home was effectively lost. Had the Love of The Almighty not inclined towards erring and spiritually-sinking humankind to send a Part of Himself to earth in Jesus, we of mankind would have sunk irretrievably. He was not sent to die, therefore, but to rescue mankind --- us --- from our terrible distortions.

Reader: For the purposes of the rest of this Discourse, let’s for the moment put aside the wondrous revelation of what we already now know to be the actual Holy Grail, and “go through the motions” of analysis, various commentary, the popular theories and suppositions --- as though we do not yet know.

Through that exercise and with not a little “brutal logic”, we will strive to show Grail researchers, particularly, that, by the end of the Discourse, what we “proclaimed” at the very beginning, they too, might then recognise, understand; the true nature of what this mysterious and long-sought-after object really is. In addition, let’s not just re-learn that fact alone, vis-à-vis what It is, but also where It resides!

Let’s now put this right. As we have previously stated; in the case of any seemingly “unsolvable mystery”, it is not possible for there not to be an answer --- a correct answer. Just because we say there is not, or there cannot be, an answer to a particular question; in the end that is a fallacy in itself. So, for you who are open sufficiently to receive: In this Discourse we will illuminate the answer to and about The Holy Grail.

Of course, despite what we will state, there will always be those who are “very sure” in their determination, those who very vocally or very forcefully espouse “their particular absolute”. Invariably, however, no two “absolutes” on this most especial subject will ever find common ground. In other words, no two of the very many notions put forth by researchers striving to “unlock” this “mystery” could ever agree. The stark truth is: Human beings, on their own and out of themselves, could never ever discover the answers. Without the essential “higher” knowledge, we can never ever know --- absolutely.

The “search” for The Holy Grail is so steeped and entrenched in at least the psyche of Western societies that, apart from the hundreds of books, articles, essays, etc., on the subject, it is fertile ground for documentaries. The History Channel’s series, “Myth Hunters”, features many ancient and/or historical “mysteries” using many scientific disciplines and interviewing many authors, researchers, and scientists for the programme.

In overall terms, fascinating and absorbing. However, when it comes down to the “crunch”; vis-à-vis an actual conclusive answer or solution, there isn’t one. Despite the large amounts of research undertaken in attempting to “solve the riddle”, so to speak, what is finally distilled from the mass of research and information gathered and gleaned comes down to possibilities --- perhaps even probabilities.

The “Myth-Hunter” series, whilst featuring The Holy Grail as a subject in its own right, also examined the case of Mary Magdalene. It is important to note this fact in this current Discourse because a surprisingly large number of so-called “Grail-hunters”, or Grail researchers, inevitably tie Jesus to her. We will discover why further on. For as we have seriously stated: For you, reader, we will illuminate that answer.

Now: How is it that we possess the sheer effrontery to state that we are right and most everyone else is wrong? Such a statement surely places us in the “firing line” of “those many”. Nonetheless, as we have notated in other places thus far; either a particular “thing” is so --- or it is not. So is it with this “seriously-big reality”; for if that were not the case, we would not be bothering with them in this Work of illuminating knowledge! So, let’s “get to it”.

The key element in the search for The Holy Grail is the seemingly inherent “knowing” that it is an object so holy and sublime that its very existence seems supra-earthly in nature. For men to seek so assiduously for something so apparently unattainable over such a long period of time carries with it a certain kind of nobleness-of-spirit almost worthy of the object itself. For all that, however, no one researcher has actually produced what can be definitively stated to be The Holy Grail.

It is believed by some to be the cup which Jesus used at the Last Supper, by others the cup which was used to catch His blood at the Crucifixion. A number of claimants around the world hold different kinds of cups or vessels, but the very fact that there are numerous claimants obviously calls into question the authenticity of any of the “cups” to lay claim to being the icon --- in terms of what the object is believed to be and the power it is felt to hold. This “search”, like so many “other-world” research efforts, suffers from the common human condition of only seeing the subject matter from the earthly point of view, solely from the physical/material.

It is therefore puzzling that the many authors who have written about The Holy Grail, even though professing a strong belief that it is something so high and sublime that only the purest of human spirits are permitted to behold it, can still publish reams of paper trying to conclusively prove that it somehow exists “in material form on earth”.

Even the many documentary and film makers who have looked at it seem not to be able to leave the “material/earth” paradigm.

So, an object ostensibly worthy of the highest veneration and which only the purest can serve, in the human mind ultimately comes down to something so mundane as an ordinary, everyday clay or wooden cup --- notwithstanding the iconic status of those vessels.

Certain authors and claimants, however, have tried to link The Holy Grail to an earth-based, Jesus-connection by hypothesising a substitute at the crucifixion, and a marriage to Mary Magdalene. Thus producing some kind of genus different to the rest of humanity by virtue of a postulated Divine, royal bloodline, and thereby bequeathing to humanity an earthly genealogy carried by certain, mainly European, families living today. That hypothesised “sacred bloodline”, at least for them, apparently seems to be, or hold, the secret of The Holy Grail.

That foolish notion seeded, in December 2017, the latest documentary offering from the History Channel. It featured the latest in so-called “cutting- edge” science in a bid to conclusively prove a blood-link from Jesus to a few “exalted” human beings living today through a “supposed marriage” to Mary Magdalene. The documentary: “The Jesus Strand. A Search for DNA”, sought to find Divine DNA --- the supposedly Divine bloodline of Jesus.

Clearly, a woman’s body is a vessel in living form. It receives, and it delivers. Unfortunately for such believers, however, it is not, or ever was, or ever could be, the Pure Vessel, the Pure Chalice that is the True Holy Grail!

The deep-seated longing to know what The Holy Grail really is seemed to have brought forth a December 2017, convergence of sorts centred on this much-venerated object. Apart from the History Channel’s offering, another major global player in the visual entertainment field --- Soho --- also rolled out its contribution to the “Grail legend” in the same month. Soho’s big-budget production featured the Knights Templar’s quest for the Holy Grail.

Running over many weeks, the research into weapons, clothing and historical setting was certainly impressive, with an edgy sense of gravitas obviously attempting to reflect the serious spiritual nature of the quest. The series promotional “mantra”: --- “Control the Grail and Control the world”.

Despite the fact that the series is, in the end, just entertainment, the promotional mantra is nonetheless an especially prescient notion. For the humanly-unfathomable Power of the True Holy Grail does, indeed, exercise a kind of control, but not of the world as an earthly entertainment series would superficially describe it. No! Not of our world, but of Creation Itself. (Shortly we will learn this fact.)

Perhaps in the farthest reaches of present-day Western cultures, a kind of collective subconscious about a long-lost knowledge of “The Grail” is now welling-up to find genuine resolution. Moreover, perhaps the very Power of Imanuel’s “All-Truth” is the radiative catalyst that is driving this longing more and more strongly, hence a greater concentration on attempts to “solve” this “apparent” mystery, especially via the medium of visual entertainment.

Despite all such attempts, in the end who dares ask the obvious question: Where are the pure human spirits “down here” who would be worthy enough to hold or guard it?

Certainly, Grail researchers are not going to ask that question. So: Anybody worthy enough? None! Why? Well: Quite simply because the true Holy Grail is not of the earth. How could it possibly be?

That is why it has always been regarded as Holy! Precisely because it is not of this earth, we, therefore, cannot, will not, ever see it in its “living reality” --- let alone get anywhere near it.

Reader: In this Discourse, you are going to receive the stupendous and truly illuminating knowledge of what It truly is! Have we already said this? It doesn’t matter. A second or third time is well within our brief of serious reinforcement of critical issues.

Now, what do the “big three” of monotheism, Islam, Christianity and Judaism say about The Holy Grail?

ISLAM, THE KORAN AND THE HOLY GRAIL

Our main Islamic scholar, M.M. Ali features only one verse in his Koran. It is in Chapter 18, The Cave, Verse 13:

Ali’s exceptionally long commentary on 13^a begins with his explanations about the supposed main theme of the text thus:

Ordinarily, Ali’s very fulsome commentary here would be too long for our purpose. However, his notion is so unusual that a much-shortened version would not get us “into Ali’s headspace” on his musings. Whilst he accepts some supposedly historical authenticity for “a story of sorts”, he ventures other ideas from other sources.

The main point of Ali’s commentary of verse 13 is that he very strangely attempts to link it to The Holy Grail. The connection that Ali is apparently trying to make is that in his interpretation, verse 13 could really be symbolic of the aftermath of the Crucifixion of Jesus and including the wooden cup of the Last Supper --- also the cup in which the blood of Jesus was caught --- and which Joseph of Arimathea was supposed to have taken to Glastonbury. Ali continues:

That is very strange commentary from Mr M.M. Ali. The one clear thing that does stand out is that, like every other “Grail commentator”, he doesn’t have a clue either. For example, his opinion that:

(*) “All these may be legends, but they are certainly not without an undercurrent of truth” has no basis in truth whatsoever. Reader, shortly you are going to know exactly what The Holy Grail really is ---- and also know its “Place of Being”! We will learn that from Imanuel, The Son of Man. Then, if your “spirit” is truly awake, you will recognise the arrant nonsense that spews forth from all the so-called “Grail experts”, and thereby further recognise how tragically far they are from the knowledge of an object that is truly “stupendous”, and crucially important for the whole human race.

Returning briefly to M.M. Ali: --- In his translation of the Koran, he further alludes to a Grail connection to Jesus. Of course, that can only be if Jesus survives the Crucifixion. Ali’s commentary on verse 3:45 about the announcement of the birth of Jesus to Mary, i.e., “...whose name is the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary...”, therefore mentions another part of the world for Jesus’ eventual “retirement”; vis-à-vis:

So: From various Islamic and Christian “scholars” --- and, of course, writers of the medieval period --- we have Jesus travelling to countries as diverse as England, France, India, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. And to all those countries --- (collectively?) --- retiring to His supposedly natural death in old age. What can we say? Perhaps WOW! For which country should “a believer” choose?

Maybe we should just let all that garbage speak for itself, for one obviously cannot die in many different places at once --- can one, “great scholars”? Yet Ali is not the only Muslim writer/scholar who postulates an Islamic “connection of sorts” with The Holy Grail.

Continuing the “association” of The Holy Grail to Jesus, the online “islam today magazine” has this to say.

Another WOW! Christians and Muslims are now potential “brothers in arms” as “Knights of the Round Table” --- all together. Now that would make a real Hollywood Blockbuster of a movie. I think that will do for Islam’s view on the matter.

JUDAISM AND THE HOLY GRAIL:

Question: Do the “chosen people” relate to this “legend” in any way, and can Jews also take their place at the “Round Table”? Let’s find out. Amongst the general rubbish online that poses for real “life-knowledge” at the deepest possible level, we’ve chosen a “lightweight Rabbi” to offer his viewpoint. The following is taken from his article on the Jewish website --- Aish.com --- The “Da Vinci Code” and the Jews.

Most of it is a standard “ramble” extolling the “new revelations” from Dan Brown that ostensibly shed “greater light” on “church-concealed facts” about the true life of Jesus. The key sentence of his “Rabbi ramblings” is found in the Sub Section:

(*) Genuine seeking Reader: Rabbi Blech seems to be typical of many Jewish intellectuals who write with an air of “superior superficiality” that is academically lauded as somehow intelligent by at least the “Jewish religious intelligentsia”. It must surely stem from the long Jewish history of being “chosen above all other races”. Whilst that was certainly once the case, surely, today, the current collective rabbinic mind-set must realise that their very history since the days of the sacking of the Temple of Solomon by the Babylonians and the loss of their “Holy of Holies” --- to the great General Titus’ final destruction of their ‘House of the Lord’, the Temple of Jerusalem, shortly after the murder of The Son of God, and of course the great “driving-out” from what was once the gift of the “holy land” ----- must surely presuppose that things were simply “not done right” for a very, very long time.

(*) Whether Judaism and Islam like it or not, whether they even believe it or not: Jesus came from The Godhead to earth to bring a clarified knowledge of The Divine Laws of Creation to a stiff-necked people who would not abandon narrow, rigid dogma and ritual that possessed no “spiritual” life whatsoever. Were that not the case, He would not have been sent here. There would have been no reason to. But of course, there was.

Despite the true reason for His great Mission, should we all, instead, think like Jews and fondly elevate the “earthly family” to some “false exalted level” and grandly believe that Jesus --- a Part of God --- came all the way down to the World of Matter ------ just to raise a family? -----

And to thereby leave an earthly bloodline so that deluded, sycophantic, egotistical fools could sickeningly preen themselves as descendants of such Pure Divine Sublimity?

It is no wonder that the Great Prophet, Isaiah, warned so harshly that humanity would be “desolated” by their own stupid intransigence and that consequently there would be “few men left”.

Reader: Have we been down this road before? I think we have a number of times thus far. Never mind: This is precisely our Mission! Jewish history literally screams that something in their egotistical thinking must, must, must; be terribly, terribly wrong! It really is crystal-clear.

Yet the whole thrust of Israel, and all it says about itself and its self-proclaimed status as still the “chosen” race, refuses to even concede that “possibility”. Therefore: Terrible will be the final fall of the “once-chosen” people! Two down, one to go:

I think that is more than enough rubbish for one day. Now we will tell you what the actual Holy Grail is and where it resides, and from that information may be extrapolated the clear recognition of why it is regarded as “Holy” and why, therefore, we foolish humans down here on earth really do look foolish with all our silly opinions and ideas about something that is not only forever out of our reach, but also forever “closed-off” to our sight!

NOW: THE TRUTH ABOUT THE HOLY GRAIL:

Right, reader: The form that is associated with THE HOLY GRAIL --- that of a Chalice --- is known simply by virtue of the fact that especially blessed ones received a “radiated picture” of it from out of the Highest Realms of the Eternal Part of Creation. From them, through their writings, it entered the consciousness of a particular group of humanity whose “spirit” was thereby awakened to a longing to seek it out. The process should be seen as something akin to a “subconscious seeding” of a vital, indeed, crucial, piece of knowledge for global humanity.

For even in recent times, others have received “pictures” about it as well. “Music Forms”, a book by Geoffrey Hudson, offers a tantalising glimpse into what the German composer, Wagner, may have seen --- or at the very least perceived --- when writing his great work, Parsifal. Dr Gorton Kingsley, Music Director of Beverly Hills Church in Hollywood, California, worked with Geoffrey Hodson on this project. Hodson was renowned for his amazing “second-sight” abilities and employed it to analyse the forms of some of the noted classics from the great composers. Wagner’s “Parsifal” was one chosen. Parsifal is the primary figure in the “legend” of The Holy Grail.

In “The Overture From Parsifal”, Dr Kingsley offers his comments on what he believes the music represents and symbolises. A few short extracts indicate the sense of majesty he perceived in it.

Geoffrey Hodson described what he observed in each of the two Motif compositions. More importantly in this case, he also produced colour-prints of what he saw --- a Chalice clearly not of the earth. As with the other great compositions chosen for the project, the pictures really are “worth a thousand words”. To bring forth both the words and pictures that he did, Wagner must surely have perceived that The Grail Chalice was supra-earthly in nature.

That being the case, why did so many Grail researchers attempt to connect it to Jesus on earth? For once the tidings of it reached all the way down to earth through the few gifted to perceive its existence, the answer was always available to any earnest seeker dedicated to unearthing the mystery of it. Despite the fact that many researchers have vainly attempted to make it some kind of earthly object imbued with supra-earthly power, in the strangest paradox, the very nature of their research clearly indicates something not of the earth. Indeed, that is exactly the case.

Since many “Grail researchers” have connected it with Jesus and His earthly Mission, this is the appropriate Discourse to show precisely what it is and where we may discover the very clue to its “Place in Creation”!

THE ‘BOOK OF REVELATION’ AND THE HOLY GRAIL

A clue to its crucial reality for humankind lies in the words Jesus spoke to Pilate on the day of their fateful meeting:

“My kingdom is not of this world”.

His words clearly indicate something vastly different to the ongoing notion of any kind of earthly association with The Son of God, for they unequivocally reveal that in the final analysis direct connections to Jesus not only do not lie in the earthly, but they also ultimately cannot . Yet, in all their thinking, so-called “Grail researchers” continually seek an earthly connection to Him.

By virtue of its supra-earthly nature The Holy Grail can truly be stated to be a “Sacred and Holy Vessel”. Over centuries and even to this day men have racked their brains to try to solve what is ultimately a Divine Mystery. It is most certainly a mystery in the sense that we can never ever behold It or know anything of It in its living reality. Not, however, a mystery about what It is or, indeed, that It really does exist.

From the Bible, the “Revelation of John” tells us what The Holy Grail actually is. Dr Kingsley’s comments about the “life-blood” streaming forth in blessing are surprisingly insightful. From Rev. 19:6, Fenton: (Italics are mine)

‘Then He said to me, “It has come! I, the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I will freely give to the thirsty from the fountain of the water of life.”

Through just those few stupendous words we can more readily understand parts of the legend of The Holy Grail where, if the power, “the water of life” that streams forth from the Chalice, is withdrawn, everything decays and dies including, of course, unbelieving humanity.

The actual Holy Grail, therefore, is what we are all meant to recognise and know about as literally the “fountain of the water of life” dispensing Divine Power for all Creation --- and thus for all here on earth too.

Thus:
THE HOLY GRAIL IS A CREATION OF GOD!

Grail researchers need only adjust their thinking to this inviolable Truth and very much that was hitherto regarded as once unknowable would quickly fall into place. Determined, but ultimately fruitless efforts to prove some kind of Jesus, Holy-Grail, earth connection deny Him His very Origin from The Godhead.

The Lawful and humanly-unbridgeable gulf naturally existing between such Divine sublimeness and our far lower level of earthly humanity automatically precludes, as a matter of course, any such connection.

Reader: You have now had revealed to you exactly what The Holy Grail truly is, its “location” very, very far from the World of Matter, its purpose, and the fact --- for Muslims, Christians, and Jews --- that its revelation is in the Revelation of The Bible.

To further hammer home the Truth of the existence of The Holy Grail, Imanuel --- from out of His All-Truth --- confirms it.

He, through Whom: ”All things were made”. He: The Creative Will of God! He: The Bringer of the Final Truth!

Thus: “...from the fountain of the water of life” --- The Holy Grail --- a few key paragraphs from His Hand; from that very Lecture:

Reader: There you have it: In the sense that certain Grail researchers attempt to force a connection of the actual Holy Grail to the “person” of Jesus while He lived as a “man among men” on earth; the whole idea goes far beyond just simple nonsense.

Quite obviously, Jesus was more than aware of the existence of the True Holy Grail, for He came from out of The Godhead! But a “family” on earth with a “holy grail” woman; how far will man’s ridiculous ego and vanity take him?

At the close of a key Discourse of critical knowledge, especially note what we consider to be the salient point of The LORD’s TRUTH:

That “unless a messenger is sent from there, (the Realm in which The Holy Grail “resides”), no detailed tidings about It can ever reach the World of Matter”!

documentaries and movies --- and all wrong!
