AN ISLAMIC VIEW
Since this Book is about the “Battle” for “Ownership” of The Spirit of Truth and, by extension, the claim of the “big three” for validation of their religion as possessing “complete truth”, let’s briefly look at Islam’s claim from much respected Islamic scholars: M. Abdul Haleem Eliyasee, and Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall.
THE HOLY QUR-’AAN With Complete Arabic Text.
INTRODUCTION
‘To write about the Qur-‘aan in its manifold excellence is to dare one’s candle to the noonday sun. Where to begin, where end? A verse of the Qur-‘aan come[s] to mind: “And if all the trees in the earth were pens, and the sea with seven more seas to help it (were ink), the words of Allah could not be exhausted.” [S. XXXI, 27]. The Meridian challenge has not lacked champions, though, in the last fourteen hundred years. Men and women have not ceased to offer the best of their minds and hearts to the subject, discovering fresh depth and dimension, and coming up with profounder interpretations of text and tenet. The momentum of research and scholarship accelerates from generation to generation with newer planets of philosophy and meaning swimming into our ken. The fundamental truths of the Qur-‘aan have stayed in bloom because of their relevance to every age and their unique assimilating capability to the dynamics of changing existence.’
An interesting sentence in the above text surely calls into question the notion that the Koran is “given by God verbatim and therefore must not be changed”. In terms of the major books of religion, change does occur, because it clearly has, which is why “scholars” do not always agree with each other on what specific texts or verses might mean.
So, change in this sense does not just take the form of “changing a word, or whole sentences”, but also constantly interpreting anew what is, ostensibly, the “pristine form of the original text”. For example: ‘discovering fresh depth and dimension, and coming up with profounder interpretations of text and tenet’, and:
“The momentum of research and scholarship accelerates from generation to generation with newer planets of philosophy and meaning swimming into our ken”. Both examples are a clear indication of what all the monotheistic religions have done --- intellectualisation of the Truth once given unspoiled. If “truth”, ostensibly from God, requires research and scholarship to find meaning to it, then it has not at all touched the spirit of those who “search anew”. The Spirit of man will immediately recognise Truth if it is not locked in by intellectual constraints --- for we are of the Spirit.

11. COMPARATIVE STUDY OF RELIGIOUS BOOKS
‘As to the Qur’aan, all major Religions of the World, Islam Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Zoroastrianism, and Confucianism, have got their Basic Books and these Books stand as the sole and final Authority for the systems of their respective Religions. Of all such Books, the Qur-‘aan alone claims, and claims definitely [definitively?] and emphatically, to be entirely the Words of God, communicated to the Prophet (Muhammad) through “Wahee” or inspiration in origin. Other Books make no claim in themselves, but are taken, more or less, to be the Words of God, by implication; or even if they were the words of God in origin, they are held to have suffered various alterations in Text, or to have been lost or replaced.
Again the Qur-‘aan is available, original, intact, in a living and progressive ‘Arabic’ language of great Refinement and Literature, more or less current all the world over, while other Books are found in Languages, antique, or even obsolete or even extinct so as to be preserved in Translations, some very far-fetched indeed. In fact the Qur-‘aan is the ONE BASIC BOOK, which is read in Original Text, on the largest scale in the world. (vide Encyclopaedia Britannica, 9th Edition), while other Books have got their own limitations. It is hard to deny that the Qur-‘aan has been exercising strong influence in favour of Monotheism over other religions as well. It is a Common Spiritual Heritage of mankind like air, light and water.’
Strong “stuff”, indeed, reader, but we have only one comment to make here, and that is the claim that the Koran is “entirely the Words of God” as written in the following sentence ---- “...the Qur-‘aan alone claims, and claims definitely [definitively?] and emphatically, to be entirely the Words of God, communicated .... through “Wahee” or inspiration in origin”.
After you read all that we are tasked to deliver in this Work, you might want to make up your own mind about that very expansive claim.
We will quote two more Koranic verses and let M.M. Ali comment on both. He, too, --- as we know --- in virtually all of his extensive commentary is very sure of his ground in his defence of the Koran as the greatest Book ever produced. Moreover, it ostensibly claims to contain the greatest amount of knowledge ever to grace the earth. From 2:23. Ali’s Koran:
And if you are in doubt as to that which we have revealed to Our servant, then produce a chapter like ita and call on your helpers besides Allah if you are truthfula.
‘A similar challenge is contained in 10:38, and in 11:13 doubters are challenged to produce ten chapters like it, while in 17:88, a very early revelation, the whole of mankind are declared to be unable to produce a book like the Qur-‘an. Is it a question of mere style and diction? The Qur-‘an does not say so, nor does any saying of the Holy Prophet. That the Qur-‘an is a unique production of Arabic literature and has ever been regarded as the standard of the purity of that literature, goes without saying, but the chief characteristic of the Holy Book, in which no other book can claim equality with it, is the wonderful transformation which it accomplished, and it is to this characteristic that it lays claim in the very commencement when it says that this Book is a guide (2:2). That the transformation wrought by it is unparalleled in the history of the world is admitted on all hands, for if the Holy Prophet was the “most successful of all prophets and religious personalities” (En. Br. 11th ed., Art. Koran), this success was due to no other cause than the Qur-‘an. ----- Besides, every word of the Qur-‘an gives expression to Divine majesty and glory in a manner which is not approached by any other sacred book. The challenge remains unanswered to this day.’ (*)
‘And they ask thee about the revelation.a Say: The revelation is by the commandment of my Lord, and of knowledge you are given but a little.’ (**) (17:85 M.M. Ali.)
‘For the word ruh, meaning inspiration or revelation, see 4:171b. Here, before the verse and after it, the Qur-‘an is the only topic of discussion, and therefore the context shows clearly that the question of the disbelievers is not about the soul of man, for which the proper word is nafs, but about the Qur-‘an itself, i.e., the revelation of the spirit.’
(*) My commentary on both of Ali’s opinions on verses 2:23 and 17:85. In the first more extensive essay, I am sure that other religions would want to lay claim to Ali’s rather grand statement of: “...every word of the Qur-‘an gives expression to Divine majesty and glory in a manner which is not approached by any other sacred book. The challenge remains unanswered to this day”.
(**) The second Ali opinion of verse 17:85 states that it is about "the revelation of the spirit”. That may certainly be correct according to the original Arabic, but that aspect is not of interest to us. We are intrigued by the actual words of the verse, as opposed to Ali’s interpretation. The verse says that “revelation” is by “the commandment of the Lord”, and that “of knowledge you are given but a little.”
(**) We would agree that revelation “comes from The Lord”. However, in terms of being “given but a little” from that Divine Source, that may have been so for most of our human journey, but that is certainly not so today. You know: “When the Spirit of Truth Comes, He will lead you into ALL TRUTH.” Let us hit it again: With His arrival on earth, we are no longer “given a little” --- we have been “graciously gifted with all”!
Reader: Whether you believe so or not, you have nonetheless been especially blessed to have been able to read in this Work specific excerpts from Imanuel’s All-Truth: The Grail Message, “IN THE LIGHT OF TRUTH”!
Of course, to have gotten this far, you have at the very least shown some interest in the content of this Work. If you have been spiritually awake, however, your spirit should have recognised and felt a greater measure of clarity and sheer Spiritual Power from His writings than any human being could ever hope to achieve.
The reason is brutally simple. A human being can ordinarily only write about “higher-concepts” from a point of view based on earth-based research and knowledge --- unless, from a Higher-Source, he is gifted with a greatly elevated degree of “far-seeing” received through intuition, guidance, or revelation.
By immeasurable contrast, the unattainable knowledge that Imanuel brought to earth is exactly commensurate with His Origin in The Divine. Thus, there is nothing that can ever be more than that, for it is absolutely everything! (**)
SUMMARY OF DISCOURSE 7.
Now that we have revealed The All-Truth of Imanuel, there is no further need for allusions to it. In accordance with the directive to do so, we have proclaimed it for the 21st century.
He Proclaimed His All-Truth in the 20th century in the expectation that humankind would have been sufficiently spiritually-matured enough by then to not only recognise It, but to be longing for It, and therefore much more spiritually-awake than proved to be the case. We reinforce the insanity of human thinking: “Everyone wants the world to be their way!” We also reinforce the warning: “Only the few would know...”
During the time He was on earth, humankind fought the two bloodiest wars in history, with the Second World War epitomised by a monstrous evil. On one side, the great evil --- and on the other, the great enlightenment of The All-Truth of The Almighty brought to earth by His long-prophesied Envoy.
And thus was fulfilled one of the great Scriptures. It was first fulfilled at the time of JESUS in the words:
“The Light Shineth in the darkness; and the Darkness
comprehendeth it not.”
It was fulfilled again at the time of IMANUEL with the words we have given it, and which you now well-know:
“The Light of The Spirit of Truth Shone in the 20th century
darkness; and the 20th century recognised Him not.”
So: Who or what brought the “Darkness”? Well, it’s a simple question with a simple answer, already firmly-stated. Since it was not GOD Who placed darkness and evil into His CREATION, who else could it be but us?
The Darkness was brought into “living form” through the blind intransigence of human beings who were gifted two opportunities to embrace The Truth brought to earth by Two Sons of God, 2,000 years apart.
That means that in those long, intervening centuries, instead of just accepting that Gift of Truth, the clever and educated religious “leaders” became “religious control freaks” ensconced behind great stone walls.
There they perverted the pure Truth and, in its place, introduced completely wrong interpretations and appalling distortions, with all of it finally becoming just religions of formulated rituals and dogma as they re-interpreted and grossly distorted it all.
Even though it was now a mockery of the Sublime and Pure Truth gifted to the earth and its inhabitants, “their new truth” was forced upon the unwilling, even by cruel torture if necessary. Thus, the world fell further and further into untruth and Darkness. That being the clear and unchallengeable reality as prophesied by Isaiah particularly:
“The earth lies defiled under its inhabitants, for they have transgressed
the laws, violated the statutes, broken the everlasting covenant...”
(Isaiah 24:5. English Standard Version.)
To that end we restate the unavoidable reality that we now await our commensurate and hard outcome for long centuries of inexcusable transgression. Up to this point in the Work, we have basically completed the mandated mission of Proclaiming Imanuel and detailing the contents of His All-Truth, though we still have many more Discourses for your complete illumination!
Later in Part II we begin the task of tracking through the “Great questions to Life” on an individual and comprehensive basis. All references to, and inclusions from, Islamic verse and Bible and Torah Scripture pertaining to those topics will stand before the Divine Truths represented by the List of Lectures you have now been exposed to in The Living Word of “THE GRAIL MESSAGE”.
As we have clearly stated, however: It will not be a process of comparison. You can make that determination if you so wish. Rather, we will scribe a course of progressive “spiritual” and overall educational journey of “illuminating clarification” of those “Great Questions”. All human interpretations will simply stand wherever they choose to!
Since literally everything must ultimately stand before The Divine Laws of Creation in any case; before we close this especial Discourse, let’s look at an excerpt from Abd-ru-shin’s Lecture: “Salvation! Redemption” and strive to absorb what He offers us!

SALVATION! REDEMPTION!
All this will now fall heavily upon you with the weight of a mountain; for nothing of all your wrong-doing could be cancelled in the Law of Reciprocal Action as having been redeemed, unless you freed yourselves through the change in your volition for what is good.
The barriers that still hold back the collapse of the piled-up mass of reprisals are torn away! Everything rolls down irresistibly on earthly humanity, who would like to continue in spiritual indolence and arrogance in order to enforce their will, which has long since strayed far from the Will of God.
This, however, is the end for the dominion of all Darkness on earth! It will collapse, and drag down all those human souls who have sided with it.
But in the midst of the thundering roar of the collapse, the Word rings out! Victoriously It resounds through the lands, so that those who honestly strive for It may still save themselves.
The condition implied is that each one must himself strive to recognise the Word of the Lord as salvation! If he doubts and allows this last opportunity to pass without making use of it with all of his strength, he will never again be in this position, and the moment for him to find redemption is for ever lost. Salvation, redemption will only come to him in the Word, Which he must absorb, so that by living in accordance with It he may release himself from the bonds that hold him down through misunderstanding and distorting the true concepts.
You have been most seriously poisoned and endangered by the false representation of the Love of God, which you sought to divest of all vigour, all power and clarity, enveloping it instead in an unhealthy weakness and harmful indulgence, which was bound to plunge you all together into spiritual indolence and thus into ruin.
Beware of the fatal distortion of the concept of the Holy Love of God! You therewith fall into a slumber which at first is pleasant, but which becomes the sleep of death.
True love does not lie in indulgence, and in a kindness that is expected to forgive everything. This is wrong, and acts like a drug that only lulls the spirits into lassitude and weakness, finally bringing on complete paralysis and enforcing eternal death, since an awakening at the right time is then impossible. -----------
Weakness brings harm to yourselves as well as to those whom you imagine you are pleasing by it. In time you will be judged by a Higher One with the kind of justice that has become strange to you for a long time through yourselves, for you have withdrawn from it.
It is the Divine Justice, unchangeable from eternity to eternity, and independent of the opinions of men, free of their partiality, of their hate and their malice, their power. It is Almighty, for it is of God!
Unless you devote all your strength to severing yourselves from the old, you will not learn to comprehend this justice either. But you will then likewise not be able to become new within! And only the new man, who stands in the Word of Life and strives towards the Light will receive the help that he needs to pass through the Judgement of God.
Man must help himself through the Word, which shows him the ways he must follow! Only thus can he find redemption, otherwise it will not fall to his lot! He must grow strong in the battle that he wages for himself, or he must perish in it! ------------‘
Abd-ru-shin:
Son of Man, and
“ETERNAL MEDIATOR”!

Reader: Now you see that change in The Name which graces the excerpt in the above Lecture. Therefore, from here-on-in, many of the Lecture excerpts will feature that change in Name-configuration, from Imanuel to Abd-ru-shin!
However, since the Names are at the same time His Divinely Ordained Titles, and they are all One and the Same, some Lecture excerpts will reflect that reality in their closing notation!
Now: How do we explain something that can only be grasped after reading The Grail Message Itself? For only there are we gifted the “connections in Creation” whereby we might gain some understanding of at least the “mechanics” of processes that we could not possibly understand in their “living Divine reality”, and which we are now attempting to explain!
Perhaps the closest we can come to any degree of understanding in this case is to consider the Concept of The Godhead --- The Trinity --- of GOD, JESUS and IMANUEL!
You have learned that Jesus is The Love of God and Imanuel is The Will of God, and thus Executive Justice; and that That Triune works both as One, yet also independently in the separate Tasks!
(Reader, it is very difficult for a human being to find words and explanations for Concepts that we have no affinity whatsoever with --- and never will.)
Nonetheless, the notion of three-in–one and one-in–three is a concept that we use here on earth. So, to gain some greater measure of it, extrapolate that “idea” far out into the cosmos, and then bring it back into your thought- processes. That might help.
You have learned, too, of Jesus’ Proclamation that the Bringer of The All-Truth --- Imanuel --- would “bring the judgement and reprove the world of sin”.
Now just as there is the Highest Trinity --- The Godhead --- so is there a Triune of Divine Justice, of which Imanuel and Abd-ru-shin are “Two”. There is little point in naming the third Personage of that particular Trigon, as that profound degree of knowledge at this time would only serve to confuse, and perhaps even engender incredulity towards Him!
(However, if you really do want to know, then purchase and read The Grail Message! It is readily available for all who might want it.)
To what would be the best end-outcome for you: In the Lecture, Salvation, Redemption, once more you have been exposed to the Power of The LORD’S Words. They are not restrained, and they do not beg. Truth does not need to!
Without fear or favour, He, The Spirit of Truth simply offers to all who would choose to reach for it: The Living Word of God!
Yet, from the primary “subject matter” of this Discourse, here is an interesting final thing to consider. The History channel (in 2017) featured a series entitled, “The 101 Most Influential People of the 20th Century”.
In direct concert with Isaiah’s great prophecy of dire warning that: “Only the few will know”, The Very One Who should have been at the top of that list is not only conspicuously absent, but not even known.
Surely, the imminent fulfilment of this next part of Isaiah’s prophecy for global societies is well-deserved:
“Therefore a curse consumes the earth; its people must bear their guilt.
Therefore earth’s inhabitants are burned up, and very few are left.”
(Isaiah 24:6, New International Version. Emphases mine.)
Reader: You will have noted in the above Scripture the underlined and strongly accentuated words, “burned up”. You will also have read those words in previous Discourses. Thus far we have not yet explained what that really means, even though we have alluded to a future explanation. The meaning of “burned” in this case will be revealed to you in a later Discourse!
THE GREAT QUESTION!
To close this crucially-profound Discourse, at the very end we pose both a question and a statement in one! Here, however, the following excerpts from the Lecture, Distrust, help answer a question many have asked. “How can Abd-ru- shin prove He is Who He says He is?”
For those of us who have truly Recognised, it is a question not worth asking. His Origin, and thus Who He Is can be readily Recognised by the sheer Power of His Words!

DISTRUST
But to do this you would have to exert yourselves, and give up the demanding attitude to which you have become accustomed to as a result of your conceit, which is hostile to God! Then distrust would not today rule among all mankind and brandish the whip over you! And distrust is solely the fruit of spiritual indolence. If your spirit were only astir in the way demanded of you by the Will of God, and if you had not set-up in place of your spirit the earth-bound intellect, which must remain only a tool of your spirit, then distrust could not have gained the prominence on earth that it holds today.
Distrust is now the worst fruit of mankind’s wrong volition and wrong paths. -----------
Whoever you look, distrust nests today, not only within nations and churches, in trade or commerce, but even in the very core of family life, the sacred hearth of marriage.
Even where only two are together: Distrust brandishes the whip over you! It has grown out of you, it hovers around you and over you with loathsome avidity, burying its talons deep into your souls, and it will even yet drive you to tear one another to pieces!
And it is this distrust, as the worst of the plagues you have brought on yourselves, that will drag many among this mankind, indeed the greater part of them, along with it in its downfall, into the horror of disintegration, eternal death! --
The indolence of their spirit, through its last repulsive fruit, which is unworthy of humanity and hostile to the Light --- distrust --- now brings mankind to the final downfall!
Therein lies the Judgment: They themselves are no longer able to receive God’s last Grace! And all the spiritually indolent human beings, who are found useless in the Judgment, will ask:
“How can Abd-ru-shin prove that what He says is right?”
But only the indolent in spirit, those who refuse to make any personal effort towards their own salvation, will ask this or similar questions. Indeed they are ruled by their distrust! They are irretrievably enslaved to it. They are no longer able to search in the Word themselves with earnest alertness of the spirit, not merely of the intellect. They are already too weak in spirit for this. In accordance with the immutable Law of God, the Word of Life, the Living Word, Which likewise demands life to be able to receive it, can and will give nothing to the spiritually indolent! For he who does not seek earnestly for values in it will find nothing. But he who seeks will find!
The Message contains and gives everything. For the human spirit it is inexhaustible. The most simple human being as well as the most eminent scholar can find in it what he seeks. There is nothing in Creation which he would not find and recognise in the Message as soon as he is inwardly capable of receiving these values.
Even the greatest human knowledge hitherto existing can be further extended from it, without ever reaching a limit. But the human spirit must first really seek it in humility, and be prepared to receive with gratitude. -------------------
Whoever seriously and without conceit reads the Word of my Message, that is, whoever genuinely seeks in It, will also find therein every recognition for himself personally.
It is the Will of God that the human spirit should awaken from the slumber and the self-imposed indolence which has led it away from the Light, which caused it to fall into the Darkness.
It is solely the fault of mankind! Had they not frivolously distanced themselves from the connection with the Light, had they not cut themselves off through their stubborn persistence and the conceit of their ridiculous would-be knowledge, then nobody would have any difficulty in recognising what I say.
But in the sad history of evolution of this entire mankind on earth, there have so far always been only a few who have actually recognised and therewith also acknowledged Envoys from the Light. --------------------------
I say unto you: The Word, the Message that I have brought, is the proof, as it simply cannot be given in a better or more convincing way for all human spirits!
And he who through earnest seeking recognises the Word, is also completely convinced without any other help! But this alone is able to save him, and help him to strive upwards towards the Luminous Gardens of God, where he may forever live in joyful activity in accordance with the Will of God.
Nothing else! Only he who actually makes the Word his own, that is, he who really lives accordingly, will be saved from eternal death. And such a man does not ask for other proofs. Everything has become natural to him in the experiencing of my Word, Which supplies the proof for him therein! ----------------------
Foolish men, how secure and great you imagine yourselves to be! I say once more: It is not for you to demand of God Almighty, but now HE for once demands of you, because His forbearance is now at an end!
He demands from you proof that, in accordance with His All-Holy Will, you have made good use of the abilities He bestowed upon your spirit!
If you are unable to do this you have been unworthy of His Grace, you have not used your abilities, which He bestowed upon you so that you could co-operate in Creation in a manner worthy of a human being; you have buried and wasted your humanity, and will therefore be erased from His Book of Grace of being permitted to be conscious of yourselves and of life, as useless ones in Creation!
Look within you, men! Wake up spiritually! Very soon you will have to change, every one of you, through your own experiences, because already the Almighty Hand of God rests above all things, and His Holy Wrath now pours forth for the salvation of those who have not yet entirely succumbed to the Darkness, and who may still be able to come to an awakening.
Make use of the hours now, you earthmen! Through the Wrath of God the shameful distrust, which as the last evil fruit of the false volition of these men has already spread over the whole earth like a plague, will also be completely shattered! The earth will again be free from it!
IMANUEL/ABD-RU-SHIN:
“SPIRIT OF TRUTH”
“SON OF MAN”
And ETERNAL MEDIATOR”!

Because this Work by intent does not conform to standard literary
protocols, we have not given you any information on how to source a copy
should your spirit urge you to seek out The All-Truth.
That is also by intent. The great Admonition: “Seek and you shall find”, was not given for superficial or just curious seekers, or those who seek with preconceptions, and certainly not for human beings who think they already have all the answers.
In any case, seeking with preconceptions is simply a pointless exercise in looking for something that just conforms with one’s personal ideas of how one wants the world to be, that is all. Not genuine in any shape or form.
So: Reader, this single and key Discourse has exposed you, very definitively, to the knowledge of The Grail Message of Imanuel.
Therefore: From this point on --- if you stay with the journey to the end of what will be a very extensive and very different Essay --- from that Sublime Work of Imanuel, which gifts to us the greatest Enlightenment that human beings could ever possibly gain; from IT, you will learn much, much more.
There is simply nothing more Sublime on this earth, for IT is of The Truth of God!

Reader, at the start of this Discourse, I said that I deemed it pivotal, precisely because the particular subject matter connects, ultimately and inseparably, to the Title of the Work.
Herein, we brought you as much as was necessary for you to know of the life of “The Spirit of Truth”! Equally as important for you, the various formats of His Grail Message. And that It came into being --- never forget, for us --- from His Hand.
In terms of the progression of the various “formats, in the final analysis, they are all Part of THE All-Truth!
If then, at the end of this Work, you have been moved sufficiently enough to want to know all of what you can have, that truly sublime knowledge is readily available. All you have to do is expend a little effort to find it.
May your spirit be so moved.

Two Sons of God sent to us from out of the incomprehensible Love of God, to two different peoples around 2,000 years apart, each at the necessary thus highest peak of development to permit the very Highest of incarnations.
Despite the fact that within both peoples, some did Recognise, follow, and serve their Son of God: From the perspective of the whole peoples, however, both Sons were essentially rejected.
The Jews chose Barabbas over JESUS:
And the Germanic peoples chose Hitler over IMANUEL!
